Donald Peak was an uniformed police officer in the Gotham City Police Department.
History
Officer Donald Peak was partnered with Andy Kelly. He helped comfort Sharon, Andy's girlfriend when officer Kelly was injured in an accident.[1] He is friends with Hernando Montoya and visits the shop regularly, which is where he eventually found his partner when he went missing.
