Delilah Tyler is one of the heroes to operate under the identity of Phantom Lady. She was a member of the Freedom Fighters, a superhero team slaughtered by the Secret Society of Super-Villains.[1] With several of her teammates, she was entombed at Valhalla Cemetery in Washington, D.C. and later selected by Batman to be resurrected with a Black Lantern Ring to serve in his army of the undead.[2]

- Delilah Tyler was created by Len Strazewski, first appearing in Action Comics #636. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Delilah Tyler first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Green Lantern (Volume 6) #6 by Geoffrey Thorne and Marco Santucci.
