Earth-22 was the DC Legends equivalent of Earth -22.
History
Batman felt that The Joker had gone to far. He killed the clown, only to be exposed to Joker's internal Joker Venom in the process. Bruce devolved into The Batman Who Laughs, a Jokerized version of Batman. He was able to keep his transformation a secret and corrupted Shazam, turning him into King Shazam. The pair escaped to Earth-0 before Earth-22 was destroyed.

Notes
- This world wasn't said to be a part of the Dark Multiverse. This may be due to the fact that the Dark Multiverse wasn't revealed in this continuity until after Earth-22 made its debut.
