History

The Chaos Lord was a Lord of Chaos repsonsible for empowering Inza Cramer, allowing her to become the new Doctor Fate. He sought to control Inza and the power of Fate to spread chaos on Earth, but was eventually stopped by Inza and Kent Nelson.^[1]
