Carly Meadows was part of the criminal trio called the Weather Girls.
History
Carly had been friends with Tyler Crenshaw and Tempest Drake since before Kindergarten. They all gained powers, in the 2005 meteor shower and began a life of crime. In 2007, the Weather Girls headed back to Smallville and entered a beauty contest, while also planning to steal a treasure worth millions. Carly had secretly planned to backstab her friends and steal the treasure herself. However, Tyler uncovered her plans and used her powers to kill Carly.
