Synopsis for "The Return of Ibac"
Printwhistle goes back on his promise to give up crime and changes into the evil Ibac again. He tries to rob a bond rally, only for it to turn out Billy Batson is hosting the event, and transform into Captain Marvel. Ibac runs away in fear of another pounding, and changes back to Printwhistle. The evil spirits convince him that Captain Marvel is so powerful, the only person who could defeat him, is himself.
Disguising himself as a little old lady, Printwhistle convinces Captain Marvel to dig out a bomb shelter on the isolated mountain where she supposedly lives. As he clears a cave, Printwhistle dynamites it and brings the entire mountain down on top of him. Convinced Captain Marvel is no more, he changes to Ibac again and tries to get Beautia Sivana to partner with him in future crimes. She tries to poison him, but he changes back to Printwhistle to save himself, leading to Beautia saying his magic word herself and briefly turn into a black-clad femme fatale. Meanwhile, Captain Marvel has managed to escape from the collapsed mountain and comes looking for Ibac. After a brief scuffle, the hero comedically tortures the villain for a bit before throwing him into the air so hard the evil spirits are scattered back to Hell.

Synopsis for "Nippo From Nagasaki"
Nippo, an agent for imperial Japan, blackmails Japanese expats into joining his operation. Knowing Billy Batson is linked somehow to Captain Marvel, Nippo makes ready to "seize him". He climbs up the outside wall of Station WHIZ, into the studio, and uses a precise jiu jitsu strike to keep Billy from crying out. The treatment that restores his voice so Billy can tell them where to find Captain Marvel just lets him summon the hero in the flesh. A stair-slide and machine gun by Nippo's other confederates fail to halt the Captain's advance, and he pulls down the main beam of the building. Even amidst the ruins of his headquarters, Nippo tries to fight back, but his swordsmanship and martial arts are no use against the World's Mightiest Mortal. He takes Nippo on the air for Billy's broadcast, to admit the folly of his ways! However, Billy then receives a coded letter from Mr. Banjo, who seems to have survived the previous encounter.
