Comedian Buddy Standler was a popular TV comic.

History

As an act of revenge for scoffing Joker years earlier, the Clown Prince of Crime used Mad Hatter's mind control technology to "create" Condiment King. After a brief fight with Batman, Buddy was fell from the balcony and landed on the police car containing Montoya and Bullock. He ended up in the hospital from the fall.
