The Bounty Hunters are a team of multiverse-hopping mercenaries from the Damocles Universe. They are led by One-Eyed Jack. The other members include Hardball, Jade, Rake, and Tode; fomerly.
History
One-Eyed Jack and his Bounty Hunters first entered the Wildstorm Universe when they were hired to track down Qeelocke. This should have been a simple mission, but they accidentally encountered Gen 13. The group was taken by surprise and defeated, forcing them to retreat to their home universe.[1]

Trivia
It is unlikely that the Bounty Hunters come from the same dimension as Damocles, since all life in Damocles' world perished, but since some dimensions are unspecified, "Damocles Universe" is used as an umbrella term for his followers.
