Bonnie Linseed is a student at Woodrow Roosevelt High School and Dick Grayson's love interest. She is also the niece of Mayor Linseed.
History
As the niece of Gotham City's mayor, Bonnie is one of the most popular girls at Woodrow Roosevelt High School. While Dick Grayson was preparing to go on a date with her, Bruce Wayne mentioned that Mayor Linseed once told him that Bonnie is an amateur paleontologist. Shortly after, Commissioner Gordon then called and asked Batman to watch over the shipment of Franco Bollo's priceless prehistoric fossils that were scheduled to be transported on board the Gotham Express. Although Dick at first thought that he had to break his date with Bonnie, Bruce assured him that he could handle this task on his own.
While Bruce got aboard the train, Dick and Bonnie went to the trendy diner "Root Beer À Go Go" for their date. However, they were suddenly interrupted by the flashing of Dick's Two-Way Bat-Cufflink Radio, which Batman used to call Robin for backup after the Gotham Express was grinded to a halt by General Gumm's super glue. In order to not raise suspicions, Dick told Bonnie that the flashing cufflink was the latest in men's fashion from Londinium and then proceeded to excuse himself, claiming to go looking for the waiter to order more food. Batman informed Robin via the Bat-Cufflink Radios that he needed his help and told him to immediately fly to the train with the Bat-Copter, forcing Dick to cancel his date with Bonnie.[1]
