Bonnie Bates was a young farm girl from the Midwest.
History
During a storm, she courageously rescued two friends from drowning, and for that, she won a nationwide competition Wonder Woman had called. She could ask the Amazon three wishes. After wishing to go to Paradise Island and (accidentally) wishing Diana to win a racing contest, her third wish was to travel back in time and spend time with a teenage Diana. While there, they had to stop an invasion of alien insects.
