Basil Nurblin was a black market arms dealer operating in Central City after the particle accelerator incident.

History

Taking advantage of the lowered security at S.T.A.R. Labs, Nurblin managed to get his hands on a state-of-the-art Cold Gun designed by Cisco Ramon and a Heat Gun.

Nurblin tried to sell the Cold Gun to Leonard Snart, but Snart double crossed him and killed Nurblin with his own weapon before paying.^[1]
