The Argo Harness was a prototype military exosuit that allowed flight and kinetic energy distribution.
History
Originally developed by Argo Technologies scientist Jerome Forrestal and his wife, it was appropriated by their daughter Celia Forrestal after Scorpio attacked the facility and killed them both. With Green Lantern's help, she became the superhero Skyrocket.
After a fight with Doctor Polaris, the armor was heavily damaged. Garrison Slate of S.T.A.R. Labs had it repaired and upgraded.
