One of Japan's super-heroes, Arashi develops her own technology to defend her native country; though quite famous there, she is almost unheard of in the West.
History
She once battled Doctor Polaris alongside The Ray and Green Lantern. The threesome defeated Doctor Polaris and saved Japan from a giant tsunami. Polaris broke Arashi's arm and nearly killed her, but she has since recovered and resumed her adventurous activities. As head of an international game manufacturer, she hired Kyle Rayner for some design gigs, unaware that he was Green Lantern.[1]
