- Bulleteer was created by Grant Morrison and Yanick Paquette, first appearing in Seven Soldiers: Bulleteer #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Bulleteer first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Green Lanterns #40 by Tim Seeley and Barnaby Bagenda.
