Synopsis for "Booster Shot, Part V"

Superman and Booster are forced to defend themselves from Lor, son of General Zod, and the Eradicator that serves the House of Zod. The Eradicator takes Booster prisoner, but Superman easily defeats Lor, knowing that the boy never had any real experience fighting opponents that match him in power. Unfortunately, Superman's victory proves short-lived, as Lor's father, General Zod himself, arrives at the scene and knocks Superman unconscious.

At Logamba, Lois manages to infiltrate the governmental palace and, with the help of a soldier that previously supported General Lane, reaches the detention cell. A guard tries to kill Lois before she reaches her father's cell, but she is quickly saved by Jon, who reveals he followed her all the way from Metropolis. Although Lois is shocked that Jon followed her, she knows that she must remain focused on her current mission. Mother and son break into the cell and help Sam escape. Jon introduces himself as Sam's grandson, shocking the old soldier.

Superman and Booster are chained in front of an audience, as General Zod has declared they will be executed in public. Zod, as always, denounces Superman as the son of the man that failed to save Krypton. Skeets attempts to intervene and says that Zod was a criminal to the people of Krypton, but Zod angrily destroys Skeets, horrifying Booster. Zod and his family are aware that Superman and Booster are time travelers and promise to use their time machine to destroy Superman's family as revenge for sending Zod and his family to the Phantom Zone. The villains attempt to kill Superman and Booster with their heat vision, but Booster uses his suit's force field to protect them. The protection will not last long, however, and Superman knows he only has seconds to formulate an escape plan.

Meanwhile at Logamba, Lois, Jon and Sam are pursued by the castle's security forces. Sam tells Lois and Jon that there is a U.S. extraction site nearby and they can use it to escape. Unfortunately, their escape plan fails when enemy soldiers fire on them with a machine gun, an attack that kills Lois and Sam.
