Berkshire er et engelsk ceremonielt grevskab.

Berkshire har ikke længere nogen central administration, eftersom alle byerne har selvstændig administration som unitary authorities.

Den ceremonielle hovedby (county town) er Reading, som også er den største by. Andre vigtige byer er Slough, Windsor og Sandhurst.
