TBD Mender Cookie is an NPC that appears in the Save the Future! update. This Cookie is an employee of the Time Balance Department.
Personality[]
Although not much is known about TBD Mender Cookie, the Cookie seems to act in a more self-serving manner. This is evidenced when the Cookie tries to use a Time Manipulator to go back to eat Jellies without regarding Croissant Cookie's warnings about turning back time unnecessarily.
Story Involvement[]
TBD Mender Cookie first appears in the Mission! Save the Future! story, talking to 
Croissant Cookie about the Time Manipulators she had just given out. The Cookie says that they are so useful that it would be nice to use them at home as well, passing the remarks off as a joke when reprimanded by Croissant Cookie.
The Cookie next appears outside the TBD's machine room. TBD Mender Cookie says that the Time Manipulators would be useful in helping the Cookie fix the broken cogwheel in the machine room, before considering using it to go back in time to eat Jellies before the shop closed. 
String Gummy Cookie then arrives on the scene and destroys the Time Manipulator, with Croissant Cookie in pursuit. TBD Mender Cookie warns them not to touch the broken cogwheel in the machine room.
