Choco Flounder Cookie is an NPC that first appears in the The Living Deep Sea City update's event story, Wandercrab (1) and in the Underwater Tropical Jazz Bar stage of Deep Sea City Wandercrab. Choco Flounder Cookie is the owner of the bar inside of Wandercrab, and oversees the activities within it. While Choco Flounder Cookie does not have any sprites story-wise, the Cookie is still mentioned often by Electric Eel Cookie, usually handing drinks to him.
