Permsision request to use one of your pictures

I would like to include your picture of the entrance to the Colosseum http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Colosseum-Entrance_LII.jpg in a textbook. It would be printed at about 1/15 of a page so that the file resolution is enough.

I wanted to check that would be OK with you and ask how you would like it to be credited --real name, location, and/or any other contact information. [I'll check for replies, but just in case my e-mail is thechabon ATT! hotmail DOTT! com.]
