কমন্সে যেকোন ছবি দিতে হলে সেটি ক্রিয়েটিভ কমন্স বা পাবলিক ডোমেইন লাইসেন্সে আপলোড করতে হয়। আর কোন ছবির লাইসেন্স নির্ধারণ করতে পারেন শুধু ছবি যিনি তুলেছেন বা যিনি কপিরাইটহোল্ডার তিনি। এই ছবিটি অন্য কেউ তুলেছেন সুতরাং আপনি ইন্টারনেটে থেকে নিয়ে দিয়েছেন বলেই এটি কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন করেছে। আপনার নিজের তোলা কোন ছবি থাকলে সেটি দিলে কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন হবে না। অথবা এমন কাউকে খুঁজে বের করতে হবে যিনি ছবি তুলেছেন এবং সেটা মুক্ত লাইসেন্সে কমন্সে দিতে ইচ্ছুক, সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি দিলে তাহলেও ছবিটি রাখা যাবে। তবে তারজন্য আবার জটিল প্রক্রিয়া রয়েছে। সুতরাং সবচেয়ে ভালো উপায় হলো, আপনার নিজের তোলা ছবি থাকলে সেটা আপলোড করুন। ধন্যবাদ। ~ Nahid ^Talk 16:37, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
