Decline of my rename requests

May I ask why did you decline my rename requests to NCIS-logo.svg and NCIS logo 2.jpg? I believe they both remove ambiguity, at least with the agency using the same initials. Michael21107 (talk) 19:47, 27 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
