M and U problem
While the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey uses the U prefix for the metro lines it has completed, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality uses the M code since these lines are also included in the Istanbul metro system. The Istanbul Airport metro line is currently also called M11, U1 and U2, although there is no other line.
