Description
English: Supplementary Movie 12 Directional CD8+ T cell migration in response to hCCL5** in the lymph node uncaged in a circular area. GFP-expressing CD8+ T cells migration in the lymph node visualized before and after uncaging by a 720-nm laser scanning the area within the red circle. Also see corresponding time-lapse images in Figure 4f. Scale bar, 50 μm.
