Description
English: 3D7HT-GFP sporozoites exhibiting gliding behaviour. A salivary gland was obtained from an Anopheles stephensi 18 days post-infection, and resuspended in Matrigel (BD Bioscience, UK) and imaged for 6 minutes. Scale bar 20 µm.
