Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: See, e.g., [1], [2]: apparent puppet re-doing rejected deletion nomination of the master. I should add that I don't make this nomination lightly due to Rkt2312's long history of participation here, but this and the userpages make this too suspicious for me to ignore. And this apparently goes a ways back, see Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/Blocks and protections/Archive 22#File:Coat of arms of Venezuela.svg. —‍Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 00:36, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
