     Comment Sorry, this is ridiculous, I have to say that: You are judging a vertical of an old building where your line is going over two storeys which are separated with a cornice. I really have no problem to make perspective correction when there is a tilt, but in this case I simply refuse to follow up your review. --Cccefalon 16:13, 30 July 2014 (UTC))
    Cccefalon is right, his reference 2 line is vertical. Halicki is right, his line isn't, and the ref 1 line may be out of true if you follow it all the way up, though this is somewhat hidden by the tree. Usually a minor issue over long distances and an old building. I think the reason it *looks* like it is leaning to the left is the horizontal roof line. That might be how the building is. I don't know how much distortion has already been removed or if Cccefalon can tweak it just a bit. My issue is with the white halo around the top of the tree at the left, and along the top of the building of the left, lessening toward the right. The halo on the left tree is visible at 25% zoom, so it isn't just a pixel peeping exercise. A CA correction artifact? Easy to fix in raw?     Please take a closer look -- all verticals are straight. The tower is quite high, such straight verticals can lead to the optical illusion that the tower becomes smaller -- usual case with architecture shots. Take a look on T&S photos. --Tuxyso 16:33, 29 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
    Yes, agreed, that's why it caught my eye that this tower gets wider at the top, not narrower. Using PS and dropping a line down the left side, the top of the tower is 40 pixels further left than the bottom of the tower. The right side of the tower shows no such offset, which gives the illusion that the tower is leaning to the left.   • Promotion IMO the perspective correction is overdone (too "perfect") because our eyes expect to see some convergence /\ and here the image seems to lean slightly to the right, no matter all the verticals are straight, except for the glass structure on the background.
