There is no commercial freedom of panorama in Morocco. These images show intricate parts of the exterior and interior architecture as main subjects. The building was completed in 1962 and designed by German architect Wolfgang Ewerth, who according to [1] was born in 1905 and was active in designing several Casablanca buildings from 1955 to 1976. Per Moroccan copyright law, works are usually for 70 years after the death of their authors (like architects or sculptors of publicly-visible and accessible works).

These photos were taken from within a private residence in Casablanca. إيان (talk) 01:36, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@إيان even so, the building is still a work of art by architect, and still needs commercial Creative Commons license permission from him or his heirs (if he is already dead). In most countries (except photographers' location-conscious countries like Germany), freedom of panorama is determined by the location and visibility of the artwork from a public place; the photographer's location is irrelevant, as long as the artwork is visible from public space, it is covered regardless of the angle or photographers' location. Morocco has no such commercial freedom of panorama, unfortunately. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 01:58, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
