Delete. No COM:FOP USA for 2d works, so permission is needed on the artwork itself. Per COM:HIRTLE, a work from 1985 with copyright notice is copyrighted for 70 years pma, so is not yet in the PD. To keep the file, permission would be required from the artist of the mural via COM:VRT. -M.nelson (talk) 00:29, 9 January 2022 (UTC)
