Invalid license. Uploaders purported link to permission does not work. Per [1], there is no clear indication that North Carolina state government works are public domain or copyrighted. This should be deleted per COM:PCP. --- C&C (Coffeeandcrumbs) 16:26, 22 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Link was to old disclaimer page. Has been updated. "Photos of House and Senate Members on the individual NCGA Website member webpages are not published on the NCGA Website until we receive copyright release from the photographer so these specific photos are considered in the public domain once they are published on the NCGA Website."
