Looks like a big piece of this is a reproduction of a photo old enough to likely be out of copyright. Do we know more about that? That's not a monument, that's a city sign. Such signs are common in former Soviet countries. As far as I know, city signs are not treated like monuments on Commons; or at least city signs of Russia are not deleted despite Russia's lack of FoP for monuments. They are classified as "Information signs with the name of a city". They are located alongside roads at the entrance to a city, so, like city limit signs / road signs. (There are also similar signs for villags, counties/Raions and regions/Oblasts.) See categories like Category:Moscow Sign at Varshavskoye Highway or Category:Municipal divisions of Moscow signs or Category:City signs in Rostov Oblast for examples. I've marked three of this user's files for deletion as copyvio. In the case of these files, we have Sacred Heart Cathedral, Lahore, which has a line on the right side like it's been cropped out of something and it's clearly been scaled up to that size. The 1 file has a watermark on the top, which seems far more likely to have come from an external source than the user himself. All of them are small, no metadata, and 2 has both those problems, and it just looks like an image it's hard for a random person to get.

Of the other three images by the user, File:St. Anthony's College,main building.jpg and File:St. Anthony's, main building.jpg both have metadata, at least of a limited sort, and look like casual photography, and are higher resolution. File:Mono, St. Anthony's High School.jpg is also higher-resolution; it looks like it might have been rotated in an image program and lost its metadata that way.

This map is inaccurate. Article claims that dictionary mentions Atlanta doesn’t have the accent as well as the rest of northern Florida. The source itself is not presented, there’s no excerpt of the book in the source. Comment: I actually do believe my map should be updated, though the anon's arguments for two specific regional changes as shown in the Atlas of North American English, which is what this map is mirroring, are questionable. The LIFE magazine issue from May 15, 1970 that these photos were published in had a copyright notice. These photos are not Public Domain. As can be seen here[4], there is a notice on the third page "© 1970 TIME Inc. All Rights Reserved. Reproduction in whole or part without written permission is strictly prohibited."
