I'd like to suggest Sealle who is a highly skilled Russian speaking user, active on Commons since 2011. He is a sysop on ruwiki, where he often works with file transfers from Commons (e.g. FairUse stuff or those with {{NoFoP-Russia}}), for which it is necessary to be able to see deleted files. Also, he is active on COM:RFD and started more than 1,000 deletion requests on Commons so far. Given that all, he is clearly a good candidate for sysop tools, because he surely would then help out in closing expired RfD's, and that is what we currently need so bad. Thank you A.Savin, I accept the nomination. I think I am familiar enough with COM:PG and COM:GTA. I am well aware of copyright issues and I am willing to help with DRs.
