Nandprayag is a town in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is one of the Panch Prayag pilgrimage sites marking the sangam (confluence) of rivers Alaknanda and Nandakini. It is also spelled as Nandprayag. The earliest mentions of Nandprayag as a Hindu tirtha is found in the Mahabharata and other Sanskrit texts such as the Vishnu Purana.
