The Central Andean Dry Puna Ecoregion is a designated ecoregion by WWF and One Earth. It is classified as a Montane Grasslands & Shrublands Biome. It is one of five ecoregions in the Andean Mountain Grasslands Bioregion.
- Note - Nevado Tres Cruces National Park is situated on the southern fringe of this ecoregion; it occupies a transitional area between what can be considered Central Andean Dry Puna and Southern Andean Steppe.
