The Exelica Garden is located in Pendragon, within Britannia Imperial Palace. The 99th Emperor Lelouch vi Britannia and the Knight of Zero, Suzaku Kururugi, are seen discussing the Zero Requiem here before being notified of the rebellion led by the Knight of One, Bismarck Waldstein.
