Seismic Disturbance is a GDI support power that appears in Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight.
This power generates an earthquake at the target location by tapping into the Tiberium Control Network, reducing the speed and dodge of enemy units and forcefully unburrows any subterranean vehicles and uncloaks stealth units. Obviously, it has no effect on aerial units.[1]
