Not me personally, but people were swearing up and down that "All Hell Breaks Loose" ended with a scene confirming that Prue had died, I think. And some fans insisting that there's a scene where all four of the Halliwell sisters met. No such scenes exist for the show; any that do pop up online are strictly fanmade edits.

Others have also sworn that the flashback to Chris's dark future shown in "Chris Crossed" had a date flash on-screen. That doesn't happen either.

I first watched season 8 when I was in elementary school and for some reason thought Billie's introduction happened in the Underworld. It wasn't until I finally rewatched season 8 as an adult on DVD that I realized, oh, wait, her on-screen introduction took place in a darkened movie theater, and I must have gotten that scene confused with one that happened later on.

The first time I saw "Deja Vu all over Again" in 2001 in Spanish, i recall one scene where Tempus tell Inspector Rodriguez that he should hurry to Kill the Sisters because Phoebe will eventually remember all due to her power (That happens next to the Clock Rodriguez shot).

I own all of the seasons except for season 5 on DVD. There is no such scene in the original English version of this episode. What Tempus does say is:

Tempus: Hurts to die, doesn't it? Especially at the hands of a witch.

Rodriguez: What happened? Where am I?

Tempus: Exactly where you were when you first met me. Time has been reset, or rather, I have reset time.

Rodriguez: But they killed me.

Tempus: That was Wednesday night. This is Wednesday morning all over again. This is why I have been sent to you, to keep resetting time until you learn from your failures. Only you will carry with you the memory of what has happened before. And each time you fail, you will learn more until ultimately you will kill all of them.

There's also this scene during the second time loop, outside a clock shop:

Tempus: Well...

Rodriguez: Trudeau is sent to meet. But what I need to know is how to avoid the pain of getting vanquished again.

Tempus: It depends on whether you learned enough to vanquish them first. What do you remember?

Rodriguez: Last time I killed the youngest one, Phoebe, without a fight. But then when I turned to kill Piper, I think she's the one who has the power to freeze.

Tempus: Adjust, simply anticipate where she's coming from earlier before she has a chance to freeze you. Then kill Prue.

In 2004, when I saw for the fist time "Crime and Witch Demeanors", in english, I remember after Barbas lost the Trial, he shows the Tribunal some scenes where Phoebe uses her powers for personal gain. And that was the reason the Tribunal took Phoebe's power from her.

This doesn't happen in that episode either, and I have this season on DVD. What you saw with this show in syndication is what you get on the DVDs, except for maybe the music being swapped out.

What does happen is this:

Barbas: Oh, no. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Now just because I'm the one who set this whole thing up does not necessarily mean that I am not right. The Charmed Ones are reckless with magic.

Paige: Oh, please.

Barbas: You've seen it, I've seen it, we've all seen it time after time, and it doesn't even include what got them into this whole mess in the first place.

Phoebe: Uh, I think that would be you.

Barbas: Ah, Phoebe, that would be you, with your ongoing zeal to force your premonitions, to short-circuit the process, take the easy way, and for what? Each and every time, it was for personal gain. I don't know, but it just seems to me like selfish behavior like that, there's got to be some consequences, or, well... what's the point?

(The tribunal look at each other.)

Crill: Phoebe will be stripped of her powers.

Phoebe: What?

Adair: Just your active powers. Empathy, premonitions.

Thrask: Levitation.

Adair: You can earn them back, but only if you're more careful with your powers.

Aramis: If you're all more careful.

Barbas doesn't actually show any further scenes of Phoebe misusing her powers for personal gain; he just verbally points it out.

For my DVDs, no, no bloopers or deleted scenes for seasons 1 - 4 and 6 - 7. Season 8 is the only set I own that has bonus features, but they're a "behind-the-scenes" feature on the various special effects and monsters on the show, and maybe a blooper set for season 8 (it's been years since I last watched).

My DVD set for season 8 is also the only one with the instrumental theme song, since the rights for "How Soon Is Now?" ran out just as that season was originally being put out on DVD. Strangely, the rest of the original music is intact.

Another Mandela Effect I have, but this is more subtle:

I remember that, In Valhalley of the Dolls, part 2, when Piper saves Kara (Colleen Porch), their bonding gets stronger and they became friends. Prior to that, Kara was the one that disliked Piper the most.

When rewatching the show, It wasn't that big of a deal. They finally get along, but that's it.
