Uh... from what I know of the comics (I haven't read them physically myself yet), no.
Wyatt in the comics is still elementary school age, possibly middle school. Prue (spoilers) eventually becomes the Nexus of the All after having been reunited with her sisters in Patience's body.
So nope, no shipping whatsoever for Wyatt. (And Prue is still Wyatt's aunt, even if the witch she was possessing, Patience, wasn't related to the Halliwells at all.)
