Emotional Energy Manipulation is the power to convert emotion into raw energy. This power is an expansion of empathy.[1]
Overview[]
This power allows the user to channel an emotion and manifest it into raw energy. This energy can be used in a defensive manner, such as to create a force field, or in an offensive manner, such as to blast someone away. In certain cases, it can be used to, not only protect from a magical attack, but also deflect it back.
The user of this power, being an empath, can channel emotions besides their own. If this power is possessed by a Charmed One, the user is capable of channeling the Power of Three itself.
History[]
In "Keep Calm and Harry On", after Maggie Vera was inspired by Harry Greenwood's message of "Let love be your strength", she used the combined magical strength and bond of her and her sisters to create a ball of blue energy, which transformed into a powerful force field that not only protected them from Alastor's pyrokinetic attack, but also turned into a blast which repelled him away. Harry later told Maggie that she created a new spell, unknown at the time that it was actually a power advancement.
In "Touched by a Demon", during an intense sexual experience with Parker Caine, Maggie's innate fear caused an energy blast to manifest between her legs, sending Parker flying across the room. She later realized that it was a power advancement and not a spell as previously thought.

Applications of Emotional Energy Manipulation[]
Force Field Generation[]
The defensive side of this power allowed Maggie to generate a force-field, by using the emotion of love, to defend herself and her sisters from Alastor. When the Charmed Ones use this power, their eyes turn white.
Energy Blast Generation[]
The offensive side of this power allowed Maggie to generate an energy blast, by using the emotion of fear, to send Parker flying across the room during a sexual experience. This form of Emotional Energy Manipulation, has been used mostly through physical contact, such as during combat, and through the Empathic Staff.
Another form of this ability, is to be used as a continuation of the Force Field, which turns into an Energy Blast. When that happens, the user or users, are capable of blasting an opponent from a distance or even deviating magical attacks back to their opponents, such as deathbolts.

Trivia[]
- In Keep Calm and Harry On, it was presumed by Harry, that this power was a "spell" created by Maggie by utilizing the Power of Three. However, in Touched by a Demon, it was revealed to be an advancement of Maggie's empathy.
- Due to the possibility that it could have been a spell, it can be theorized that this power was used to create the Power of Three Spell, since the first time it was cast, the practical and visual effects were very similar to the power itself.
- This power has been shown to be able to augment the strength of a spell when used in conjunction. However, it is unknown if it can be achieved with the power alone, as it has only been shown to be channeled through the Empathic Staff.
