Chip was a Cicada Demon who co-founded AptitudeMatch to help find suitable matches for his queen to mate with.
He tried to attack Mel, Maggie Vera, and Harry Greenwood when they came to rescue Macy Vaughn, but Mel fought him off and killed him by impaling his skull with an iron rod.
