Matthew Jay "Matt" Hullum is the current chief executive officer of Rooster Teeth and one of the co-founders of the company, along with Burnie Burns. He is the co-executive producer of Camp Camp and provides a few voices to the series as well. In the second season finale, "Parents' Day", Hullum voiced Dolph's father, Lt. Stuart Houston. In Season 3, he had two cameos, as the Bird of Lilac in David's daydream in "Something Fishy", and as a trenchcoat flasher man in "City Survival".

He is one of the executive producers for RWBY, and the crew hopes to give him a voice role someday. He also provides the voices of Sarge, Doc, Wyoming, and Omega/O'Malley in Red vs. Blue.
