YouTube subtitles and closed captions are created for the sake of allowing video content to be more accessible to those who are hard of hearing, or are otherwise deaf. This wiki, whereas, merely utilizes these already created subtitles to allow for quick and convenient review of a Camp Camp episode's contents with direct links to corresponding scenes within the video.

Wiki editors are encouraged to contribute captions to Camp Camp episodes for the entire Camp Camp community at large; thus, this article will describe the process of both importing captions for use on this wiki and the process of creating captions for a Camp Camp episode on YouTube. As of May 2021, YouTube terminated its community captions program.

As late as Camp Camp Season 4, Rooster Teeth no longer published Camp Camp episodes on YouTube. Transcripts may continue to be documented on the wiki.

Creating subtitles[]

Editors may create .SRT transcripts for use on the wiki itself. As of May 2021, YouTube terminated its community captions program. Captions created by the community and submitted on the original video are no longer possible.
