Wilhomena
Wilhomena (Japanese: ミユキ Miyuki) is a character of the day who appeared in For Crying Out Loud. She is a rich young woman from Johto who lost her crybaby Marill, which Misty found and tried to keep for herself.
Like her Marill, Wilhomena was spoiled and prone to crying herself. However, after Misty, Pikachu and Wilhomena's Marill were separated from the rest of the group, while searching for them with Ash, Brock and Togepi, Wilhomena seemed to develop a certain affection for Brock, much to the surprise of Ash and Togepi. After she and her Marill were reunited, she returned home, expressing an interest in meeting Brock once again.

Wilhomena has a Marill that is a spoiled Pokémon, and it tends to cry very hard and very often. It is distinct from other Marill in that it has a pink bow in its tail. It first appeared when it was lost from its owner. Misty attempted to capture it, thinking it was a wild Pokémon. It suddenly started to cry and Brock picked it up and it stopped. It started to cry again when he handed it over to Misty, however. Due to Team Rocket's attempts of stealing Pikachu, Misty and Marill ended up separated from the rest of the group, together with Pikachu.
Later, Misty accidentally shouted at Marill and it ran off, leaving its bow behind, but Misty found it seconds later. It developed a liking to Pikachu, holding his hand whilst walking and shared food with him, but still cried when Misty tried picking it up. Then, Marill found a field full of flowers and started to spray it with water, making a bunch of Beedrill come out of the field and attack the group. Pikachu was able to send them flying with a Thunder Shock.
Suddenly, it started to rain, and Misty, Marill, and Pikachu took cover under a hollow tree. Marill was scared of the lightning and ran off, but Misty followed it and saved Marill when a tree was about to crush it. Marill then developed a likeness for Misty. After the rain cleared, Team Rocket appeared once again and grabbed Pikachu and Marill. Misty grabbed it and was ultimately saved by Ash's Chikorita. In the end, they sent Team Rocket blasting off, and Marill was returned to Wilhomena. Marill found it hard to leave Misty but left with her Trainer in the end.
It reappeared in a flashback in the Japanese version of Gotta Catch Ya Later!.
Marill's only known move is Water Gun.
