Steven Tyler Maxim (born September 17, 1990), better known by his pseudonyms Vixen Windstorm and Kraid, is a musician, and administrator of EarthBound Wiki and No More Heroes Wiki, as well as an administrator of MansonWiki. He is the founder of the industrial electronic project High Noon, Tex, and is also an avid video game player, including but not limited to Pokémon.
Windstorm has several artistic hobbies which include writing, making music, occasionally drawing and developing video games, the most notable projects of the latter being Broken District, Killer Instinct: Coalition, and a third, currently untitled project which has enjoyed the longest development process.
Pokémon
Windstorm has, between 1998 and 2008, obtained seven Pokémon video games. These include Pokémon Blue, Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon Yellow, Pokémon Gold (although is convinced that his friend will never return it), Pokémon Silver, Pokémon FireRed, Pokémon Diamond, and Pokémon Battle Revolution. Of similar note, following the release of Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, Windstorm never actually acquired the games as initially hoped for, and by 2008 unused copies may be difficult to obtain; leading to the possibility of used copies instead.
Windstorm's interest in Pokémon subsided over the years, save for once every summer where he and his friends would have a "Pokémon high" where they would abruptly begin playing consecutively for both single player and connectivity purposes. By Christmas 2007 however, Windstorm had received a copy of Pokémon Diamond (which he had proposed for after playing a friend's Pearl version). Initially the game was decent, but with further gameplay it starting really leaving an impression. After defeating the Pokémon League, Windstorm began embarking on several other personal endeavors in the game, such as leveling his Pokémon and attempting to capture them all (a feat that has been lasting since the beginning of January); Windstorm also currently uses a copy of Pokémon FireRed for migration purposes. A leisurely list of Pokémon Windstorm currently has obtained in Pokémon Diamond can be seen here.
Obtained Pokémon

Though Windstorm owns a number of Pokémon video games, he currently only devotes himself to Pokémon Diamond. While he used a copy of Pokémon FireRed to migrate Kanto-exclusive Pokémon, he has since migrated the majority of Pokémon that must be obtained in this manner, with a few exceptions including starter Pokémon, Kabuto (as he selected Omanyte at Mt. Moon), and Hitmonlee (as he selected Hitmonchan at the Fighting Dojo), which will later be obtained since restarting the FireRed file.
As of March 11, 2008, Windstorm's Pokédex has recorded 359 different Pokémon species encountered, while having obtained 270. In actuality, Windstorm stores his Pokémon in Bebe's PC, dedicating each box to 30 Pokémon, and placing them in order of their National Dex number. Each Pokémon Windstorm truly classifies as obtained are ones that are presently owned in the game, not ones that appear in the Pokédex but have since evolved and can no longer be found, physically. Bearing this mindset, Windstorm actually considers himself to own around 260 different Pokémon species at the moment, ten less than what his Pokédex acknowledges.
Pokémon trading
- Main article: Trading with Windstorm
While Windstorm uses FireRed as well to help with obtaining Pokémon in Diamond, there are certain Pokémon that are not available in either version which opens the door for potential trading. At the moment, Windstorm owns only a handful of Pokémon available to trade, though most are fairly rare or even unobtainable otherwise in Generation IV games thus far. As he owns over hundreds of different species, the amount of Pokémon he has available for trade is increased as he can breed any species that he has obtained and would not otherwise be offering to trade. Interested users may refer to his list of Pokémon obtained in Pokémon Diamond if they wish for him to breed them such a Pokémon for trading purposes.
