Lisa Mitchum
Lisa Mitchum (Japanese: ミツオダ・リサ Lisa Mitsuoda) is a character of the day who appeared in Rough, Tough Jigglypuff.
Lisa is a four-year-old girl who lives in a small Kanto town with her parents Mitch and Rikako. For her fifth birthday, she told her father Mitch that she wanted a Jigglypuff as a present. Mitch spent months looking for one, and at one point, he told her he probably wouldn't make it home for her birthday.
Eventually, he returned home, but Lisa was sad to see that he didn't bring a Jigglypuff like she wanted. However, when he told her about how hard he worked to find one, she understood, and immediately fell in love with her dad's Loudred. Suddenly, the Jigglypuff appeared at their home, angry at Mitch for leaving it. However, it immediately fell in love with Lisa, and agreed to stay with her and play.
