ILCA, Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社(かぶしきがいしゃ)イルカ Kabushiki gaisha ILCA) is a company established in October 2010 by Takuya Iwasaki. The company name is an acronym for "I Love Computer Art." Upon its founding, the company produced computer graphics for movies and television, and later shifted its focus toward video game development. While ILCA's initial role in video games had been solely in the role of a support studio, the company later began leading development, including on titles such as Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and One Piece Odyssey.

In March 2024, ILCA and The Pokémon Company established The Pokémon Works as a joint venture.
