This card was originally included in the Giratina vs Dialga Deck Kit but was delayed, along with other related cards, due to Giratina's inclusion in Giratina and the Sky Warrior. The remaining Deck Kit cards were included in the English Stormfront expansion.

This is the first card in the DP Series to lack a Pokédex entry even though it is a regular Pokémon with only two pieces of card text and no held item.
