Iron Tail is a move in the Pokémon games that Charmeleon can learn via breeding. Searing Shot is also a move in the games, but Charmeleon cannot learn it. Additionally, the Japanese name of this figure's Attack is not that of the move, making them unrelated. Inferno Overdrive is a Z-Move in the games that Charmeleon can use by equipping Firium Z.
