Two demons of an unidentified species were captured by the Initiative. Maggie Walsh used them after arranging to have Buffy Summers killed by sending her on a faux mission where she was trapped in the sewers with the two demons (who brandished weapons of their own) with a purposefully faulty taser blaster. Buffy discovered Walsh's treachery after recognizing the demons from before in the Initiative facilities when she was given a tour of the complex. Buffy killed the demons by throwing the blaster into a puddle the demons were standing in, electrocuting them.[1]
