Mary Weatherford was a student at St. Cuthbert's Preparatory School.[1]
Biography[]
Mary's parents were divorced, and she visited her father, the retired museum researcher Niles Weatherford, on the weekends.[1]
Noticing Mary's rivalry with Meredith for Shane's interest, Annabelle and Blythe proposed to help Mary against her nemesis. However, Mary refused, and Annabelle and her friends began harassing her. Meanwhile, Faith posed as a gym teacher to investigate vampiric murders on campus. The Slayer noticed Meredith hitting a ball on Mary's head during a volleyball game and called the two students in her office.[2]
That night, Mary found Meredith's bloodied body in the locker room.[2] Suspecting Annabelle, Mary confronted her in the cafeteria and decided to tell Shane. However, once they were alone, Shane revealed he was a vampire, trapping Mary for Drusilla to sire.[3] Drusilla and her group of vampires cornered Mary, but Faith, Fred, and Koh saved her.[1]
Mary told Faith about Drusilla's strange interest in her. Later, Mary visited her father, who showed her the mysterious bronze statue the museum had acquired.[1]
