Dawn Summers and Alexander Harris were in this dimension while travelling from Anharra in search for Earth, more specifically after Triptopia.
In the Dimension of Darkest Fear, Dawn was taunted by the fear that she wasn't real or that she was responsible for her mother's death, manifested through visions of an unidentified monk of Dagon and Joyce Summers. Meanwhile, Xander was taunted by the idea that he would end up like his father or eventually leave Dawn, manifested through visions of Anthony Harris and Anya Jenkins.[1]
